If you are underage, please ask you parents or guardian for their permission before registering with Letternet. As soon as you have it or if you are an adult you can register online here. First we send you a confirmation e-mail message containing a link. Clicking on that link registers your e-mail address with us and you can create your Letternet profile.

 

As soon as you have created your profile we check your address so that you can make pen-friends. We shall send you a letter containing your personal registration code, which you need to enter in "My Data/Confirm your Adress". You are then a full member and can search for pen-friends all over the world.

 

To match your preferences as accurately as possible you can state pen-friend criteria, for example languages and interests. We select suitable members matching your preferences and only support the process if certain criteria are fulfilled. If everything matches you can select your favourite from your search results and send a contact request. As soon as the other person confirms that they would like to be your pen-friend, you are shown their address.
