Writing letters was never as easy as it is today. Deutsche Post has developed up-to-date alternatives for the postage stamp, so you can now pay for postage and send your letters round the clock, wherever you are.

 

Take the Handyporto service for example: in just a few seconds, your cell phone receives a code – all you need to do is copy the code to your letter to show that the correct postage has been paid. But if you have an iPhone or an iPod Touch, a service called "Post mobil" can do much more than this.

 

You can use the service to find out the location of the nearest mailbox or access important price information. This innovative service application is available as a free download from the Apple App Store.
